Will joined the Illinois Credit Union System in 1998, working first on the Illinois Credit Union League (ICUL) side of the organization. As PR Coordinator under the ICUL Service Corporation’s (LSC) Department of Branding, Marketing and Sales beginning in 2015, his responsibilities include coordinating media relations; administering social media activities; helping Illinois credit unions to tell their story; promoting LSC product success stories; and producing various electronic publications and broadcast e-mail communications.
Prior to working for the ICU System, Will was employed as the Assistant Director of Resource Development for the Northern Illinois Food Bank.
In a volunteer capacity, he has served in numerous roles for the Suburban Chicagoland Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), including President in 2002. Will earned his Bachelor’s in Public Relations from Illinois State University in 1990.
