Sue Schroeder is a Strategic Consulting Officer at yourCUpartner.org.

She works with credit union CEOs and their teams to find pathways for growth and community impact. This includes CDFI grants & certification, strategic planning, energy lending business plans, and Field of Membership expansion.

Sue has over 25 years of strategy, business planning, and marketing experience including 8+ years at a credit bureau. While there, she built their North America credit union strategy, created industry partnerships (Inclusiv’s Juntos Avanzamos program, CUES, and Your CU Partner), and developed their annual planning strategic framework for vertical markets from scratch. Sue has presented at industry events including CUES’ CEO/Directors Conferences, CA/NV League’s REACH, and MeridianLink’s User Forum. She previously earned certifications through CUES (Strategic Growth Institute at Chicago’s Booth School of Business; Advanced Consumer Lending) and is a certified grant writer.
