Sue has over 25 years of strategy, business planning, and marketing experience including 8+ years at a credit bureau. While there, she built their North America credit union strategy, created industry partnerships (Inclusiv’s Juntos Avanzamos program, CUES, and Your CU Partner), and developed their annual planning strategic framework for vertical markets from scratch. Sue has presented at industry events including CUES’ CEO/Directors Conferences, CA/NV League’s REACH, and MeridianLink’s User Forum. She previously earned certifications through CUES (Strategic Growth Institute at Chicago’s Booth School of Business; Advanced Consumer Lending) and is a certified grant writer.
