Prior to joining Strohl Risk Solutions, Steve served as Vice President and Principal Owner of Blair Technology Group; a firm specializing in information technology and business continuity consulting services primarily for community financial institutions and credit unions. While at BTG, Steve was instrumental in building this professional services firm to over $6 million in annual revenue prior to the sale of the practice. Examples of Steve’s experience include:
Development and delivery of engagement programs with defined processes for vendor relationship evaluation, negotiation and implementation; business continuity plan development, testing and maintenance; and information security risk assessment services.
Project management of joint initiative with Strohl Systems to create, market and successfully deliver to BTG clients an internet based business continuity planning application which ultimately grew to over 1,000 financial institution customers nation-wide.
Steve is a certified business continuity professional (CBCP) through DRI International. He is a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Quantitative Business Analysis and is a 2010 recipient of the Alumni Achievement Award through Penn State Altoona. Steve resides in Hollidaysburg, PA (home of the Slinky) with his wife Sherry and four wonderful children.
