As co-founder and EVP of Professional Services, Steve possesses over 15 years of experience in the customer communications management space. He is the architect of Prinova’s highly regarded Integrated Approach methodology and is a leading expert on the design, development and management of enterprise-class customer touchpoints. His strategic consulting and facilitation skills have enabled Prinova to help many Fortune 1000 companies transform the way they communicate with their customers. Steve has a B.A.Sc. (Systems Design Engineering) and M.A.Sc. (Management Sciences – Information Systems) from the University of Waterloo, in Waterloo, ON.
