Bob is a frequent speaker in industry circles and he has been involved with the planning, design and construction management of hundreds of facilities throughout the US since 1983. Projects have included branch and retail facilities, the development of world class operations and administrative centers and creative learning and academic facilities. Independent project values have ranged from $250K to $23MM.

Having been trained as a Civil Engineer, Bob is a LEED AP and he has achieved accreditation as a National Standard General Building Contractor (Class A) by the International Code Council. Bob has also qualified to serve as the Responsible Managing Individual (RMI) in relationship to the firm’s various state and regional contractor’s licenses.

Bob serves as Chairman of the Fox Chapel Area School Authority and is a U14 Youth Soccer Coach. In his spare time, you will find him cycling on the back roads of this great nation.
