Rex Johnson

Rex Johnson was a leading expert within the credit union and consumer lending industries. As Founder/President of Lending Solutions Consulting, Inc. (LSCI) he is the driving force behind LSCI’s commitment to helping credit unions become leaders in consumer lending. Rex was also the founder of Lending Solutions, Inc., (LSI) a company started to help credit unions claim their rightful place as leaders in consumer lending. He was the former CEO and first employee of the highly successful Baxter Credit Union. Under his leadership in twelve short years, BCU grew to $300 million in assets, was 91% loaned out and had a remarkably low delinquency rate of .17%. The credit union also received a CAMEL 1 rating in every area, the highest rating a financial institution can receive from a regulatory agency. Sadly, Rex passed away in April 2021, but his elite team of experts are committed to carrying on his legacy, and improving your credit union’s loan growth, while delivering superior lending service to your staff.
