Rachel Pross is the Chief Operations Officer of Maps Credit Union in Salem, Oregon. She is a frequent guest speaker at events across the nation on topics ranging from cannabis banking to leadership. She testified to Congress on behalf of CUNA twice in 2019 in favor of the SAFE Banking Act. Rachel has contributed to HuffPost Money, The Hill, and numerous industry publications. Outside of work, she is an accomplished violinist and avid backpacker.
