Phil leads Pactola, a CUSO devoted to commercial and agricultural lending, participation management, credit administration support, lender education, and third-party loan review services. He has over 35 years in the industry with positions in the banking and credit union industry. He is a CCIM and has degrees from the Graduate School of Banking and Westminster College.
