Perla Uclés is the program director of NLCUP (National Association of Latino Cooperatives and Professionals). NLCUP is dedicated to providing financial education and services to the Hispanic/Latino community, as well as increasing opportunities for economic, wealth, and professional development. Additionally, NLCUP encourages and supports diversity, equity and inclusion within the credit union industry.
