Mr. Dionne received an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He previously pursued graduate studies in cultural anthropology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a research focus on international development, nonprofit governance, and agricultural cooperatives in Indonesia. He received his BA from Middlebury College.

Mr. Dionne is also the Treasurer of Rock Valley Credit Union in Illinois.
