Patrick Conway became President/CEO of CrossState Credit Union Association (CrossState) on January 1, 2020 when the merger of the Pennsylvania Credit Union Association and New Jersey Credit Union League closed. Conway had served as President/CEO of the Pennsylvania Credit Union Association (PCUA) since October 28, 2013. Conway has more than 25 years of leadership and advocacy expertise within membership organizations.

Conway currently serves as board chair at the American Association of Credit Union Leagues (AACUL), and as vice chair of Credit Union House on Capitol Hill.

Conway is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in political science. He is also a graduate of the U.S. Chamber Institute for Organization Management (IOM), and National Credit Union Development Education Program (CUDE). Conway, his wife Kathleen, and their yellow Lab, Bodie, live in Harrisburg, PA.
