Nathan Hill

Nathan Hill joined Member Business Lending (MBL) on June 18, 2012 and has been in the position of Credit Analysis Manager since September 1, 2016. Mr. Hill is responsible for overseeing a team of credit analysts and overseeing the underwriting process for small business commercial loans, including C&I, CRE, SBA, and 504 loans. Prior to joining MBL, Mr. Hill worked as a Financial Analyst in the Treasury Department at Extra Space Storage (EXR) for a period of 5 years (2007-2012). At Extra Space Mr. Hill was responsible for assisting the Treasurer in maintaining a $1.5 billion loan portfolio, which included obtaining new deals for the company, refinancing of existing loans, interest rate forecasting, and all loan maintenance. Prior to working at Extra Space, Mr. Hill worked in various rolls over a 7-year period (2000-2007) at Deseret First Federal Credit Union. Mr. Hill holds a BS in Business Accounting and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
