Michelle Kamke is a designer, developer and marketing project manager of CUNA Creative Hub, a one-stop subscription platform that enables credit union marketers to expedite their multi-channel campaigns using relevant and timely content. As a former credit union marketer who began her career at Guardian Credit Union in Milwaukee, WI, Michelle was determined to improve the creative process for credit union marketers by launching CUNA Creative Hub in July of 2019.

At CUNA, Michelle is also the director of national and global events, partnering with the World Council of Credit Unions to lead the celebration of International Credit Union Day. As a former Desjardins Financial Education Award winner, Michelle brings awareness to the need for youth financial education by leading the celebration of National Credit Union Youth Month each April.
Prior to working at CUNA, Michelle led marketing efforts at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Division of Housing. She served as a mentor for business and journalism students for more than six years. During this time, she served as a member of the university’s sustainability committee, an award wining team securing the 2015 University of Wisconsin Administrative Improvement Award for recycling programs. She also led marketing efforts for Dining and Culinary Services winning the 2014 NACUFS Silver Award.
Michelle served as a non-profit steering committee member for the Brewcity Bruisers, a Milwaukee Roller Derby league, where she was also a competitive athlete. Michelle led public relations efforts for the league attracting as many as 5K fans, while supervising a team of five committee members. Michelle also held responsibilities maintaining the league’s website and led graphic design efforts.
Michelle holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and fine arts from Carroll University, a project management certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a web design certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Outside of professional endeavors, Michelle is an avid downhill skier, paddle boarder, and member of Madison Speed Skating Club. She also once won a hot tub on The Price Is Right.
