As the Manager of Banking Systems, Marlin Froese leads the Banking System team at Access Credit Union where he provides strategic leadership on all banking system related matters and manages projects related to the banking system. In 2013, he successfully managed two simultaneous amalgamations while completing a Master of Science degree in Information Systems. Marlin is an active member of Credit Union Central of Canada’s National Young Leaders Committee. Froese started his credit union career in 2009 as an IT Technician with the former Heartland Credit Union. His ongoing participation in athletics allows him to be involved within the community, while applying similar team values and leadership in the workplace.
