Luke Tomaszewski

Luke Tomaszewski is the CEO of eValuation ZONE, Inc. a national AMC
(Appraisal Management Company) and also CEO and founder of a new
Tech company called ProxyPics, Inc. located in Chicago, IL.
Luke started in the appraisal industry 15 years ago and is an appraiser in his own right. This real-
world experience helped Luke to understand how to make each appraisal transaction as efficient as
possible and develop new and exciting techniques in order to change the industry for the
better. His first hybrid appraisal form was developed over 4 years ago, and his company was the
first to Beta-test ACI Sky with a custom BPO form. With an aim to change the way homes are
photographed for mortgage needs in the digital age, Luke created ProxyPics, his second US patent.
This exciting new app makes region-specific photography available to all appraisers and changes the
way they do business by increasing efficiency and consistency in valuations.
Luke is also the author of multiple appraisal-related articles ranging from compliance to valuation.
He travels as far as Australia to meet with other appraisal companies and learn more about
differences in valuation tactics and theories. Luke continues to push the industry forward and has
been a guest/expert speaker at the AARO Conference (Association of Appraiser Regulatory Officials)
the past 2 years sharing his vision for the future education of appraisers as well as the latest
technology with Virtual Reality Inspections.
