She obtained her AAP certification in 2015. Prior to joining the WACHA team, Laura spent approximately 13 years in the financial industry. She began in high school as a teller and progressed into branch management; it was here that she obtained her Life Insurance Licensure. Other roles she attained were in a lending operations center and several years as a compliance specialist. In addition, Laura spent five years working in a claims and office management capacity for the risk management team of the USH41 Reconstruction Project in Winnebago and Brown counties; it was there that she obtained her property and casualty insurance licenses.
