Katy Wagnon is the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications at GoWest Credit Union Association. She plays a pivotal role in enhancing the visibility of the association, its members, and the value of credit unions across the GoWest region through strategic communications and marketing efforts.

In addition to her leadership at GoWest, she has been a key figure in coordinating industry events and public relations campaigns for the association, further contributing to the growth and outreach of credit unions throughout the region.

Prior to her time with GoWest, Katy was Vice President of Corporate Communications and Public Relations for Washington Trust Bank, where she spent 12 years building a communications team. She started her career in multimedia broadcast and radio journalism. She is a strong advocate for clear, engaging messaging promoting the strength, value and impact of credit unions.
