From 2000 to 2010 Karen Tanner-Smith served as the Senior Vice President for CitiFinancial Auto where she was responsible for leading Remarketing, Recovery, and Collections. An 18 year industry veteran of the auto finance industry, Karen was featured in Auto Remarketing Magazine’s inaugural Women in Remarketing article in 2009. She has been a speaker at various industry conferences including the Conference of Automotive Remarketing. Karen holds a Master of Science degree in Accounting from the University of North Texas and is also a Certified Public Accountant.
