Joshua W. Poole

Joshua W. Poole began his credit union career as a part-time teller, shortly after graduating from high school in 1999.  He has a passion for leadership and change management, and believes a leader’s greatest calling is to inspire others. During his career, Joshua has served in positions such as MSR, Loan Officer, Mortgage Originator, Marketing Rep., Business Development Officer, Branch Manager, and Chief Lending Officer.  He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from LSU, as well as an MBA from LSU Shreveport.  He currently serves as President/CEO for BRECO Federal Credit Union in Baton Rouge, LA.
