Jill Fox

Jill joined JMFA in 2012, with more than 15 years of experience in many aspects of banking operations, including customer service, sales, branch management, lending, technology and core data processing. As Vice President of Sales and Branch Administration for a savings bank in Western MA, she was responsible for maximizing operating efficiencies, regulatory compliance and retail products. Her background gives Jill a broad understanding of the challenges that financial institutions face, regarding profitability and compliance. Jill has been associated with the Massachusetts Bankers Association and the New England Financial Marketing Association. She attended Holyoke Community College.
