Jen Shefner

Jen is passionate about motivating innovation and helping bring credit unions to the next level. Prior to joining CU Engage, she held the position of Vice President Digital Banking and Payments with the Columbia Credit Union. Over the course of her career, Jen has led numerous technology projects from RFP to implementation and also acted as a key project team member in a Core Banking conversion. Jen leverages 14 years of credit union experience to support CU Engage customers in reaching their goals. She was recognized by the CU Times as “Woman to Watch” in Technology, and best-selling author Dan Pink recognizes her for initiating and coining “Genius Hours.” Personally, she is driven by continual learning and problem solving and she enjoys the opportunity to provide both to clients.
