Jeff Meyer

Jeff is the President of CU Succeed, llc, a strategic advisory and consulting firm he founded in 2013 to assist mid-sized credit unions. C U Succeed, LLC exists for the purpose of influencing organizational changes that result in the creation of additional value for its clients. It accomplishes this mission through the clarification of strategic vision, narrowing focus to a limited number of measures of success (outcomes), and an on-going working relationship with the executive team to accomplish these critical objectives, creating the desired results.
He previously spent more than two decades in leadership at 3Rivers Federal Credit Union, a highly successful and progressive $765 million institution located in the heart of the Midwest. In his last 8 years as President/CEO he established a culture known for delivering world-class member experiences, by integrating technology into easy to use solutions and creating meaningful interactions. During his tenure the credit union was the recipient of numerous awards for their workplace environment, marketplace ethics, marketing and lending innovations.
