Jay is also responsible for strategic leadership of international operations including strengthening the company’s brand, reputation and value in the credit union and affinity markets it serves. He is responsible for the consolidated financial results of the various subsidiaries and branch operations. 

Isaacson joined CUNA Mutual Group in 2011. He has more than 18 years of experience in the management and underwriting of financial institutions. In his first year at CUNA Mutual Group, Isaacson earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Prior to joining CUNA Mutual Group, Isaacson worked in various roles at Travelers insurance. 

Isaacson graduated from the University of Minnesota-Carlson School of Management with a bachelor’s degree in Finance.
