Jay Carstens

Jay Carstens is the SVP of Client Experience for Origence. He has more than 27 years of indirect auto lending experience, with 14 of those years working for Origence. Jay spent time with GE Capital, HSBC, and Triad Financial as an Area Manager developing the market for each of these lenders prior to joining Origence. During his time at Origence he has worked with Credit Unions to help improve operating and cost efficiencies with their lending channels along with helping with ways to improve loan volume. He started his career with CU Direct in Nebraska, moved to Dallas in 2015 and now reside in Irvine, CA. He has been married to his wife for 22 years, has two boys and enjoys playing poker when he has time.
