As Executive Vice President of The Financial Institution Group, Janet Loriot manages all of operations and technology for the insurance tracking business, customer service, and the collections operations. These operations include multiple services centers in San Antonio, as well as vendor locations in the US and abroad. Janet has spent 30+ years in the financial services sector in positions ranging from operations, support, and IT. Prior to joining SWBC, Janet was a Senior Vice President at Bank of America Home Loans for nine years. Janet has a Bachelor of Science in e-Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
