James Guild is the Founder and Managing Partner of CU Engage. CU Engage was launched to transform the process that credit unions experience when working on payment and member engagement strategies.
Over the past 20 years, James has worked on over 350 credit unions projects across multiple platforms: Credit and Debit card processing, Income optimization, Online and Virtual Banking strategies, Core processing as well as Loyalty and Channel optimization.
The company’s two main areas of focus are Payment Processing RFP/Evaluations and Virtual and Omni Channel Strategies.
James’ has held senior leadership positions at Fiserv, Open Solutions and most recently at PSCU.
