Jake leads AI Strategy for Glia, helping contact center leaders leverage AI responsibly to automate and augment their interactions. He is responsible for Glia’s Cortex AI suite of solutions, which automate customer interactions, augment service reps and provide next-gen quality and workforce planning insights to contact center managers and executives. Jake was the Co-founder and CEO at Finn AI, a venture backed leader in AI powered virtual assistants for financial institutions, which Glia acquired in June of 2022.
