Fred is the Co-Founder of OpFin Solutions, a firm that works with the CEOs of credit unions and community banks to help them optimize the processes that drive revenue growth and reduce risk. Prior to establishing OpFin, he was the former CEO of Conister Bank where he led the turnaround, tripling sales from £6.5 million to £19.8 million. Fred is also an active mentor at UDD Ventures, a successful start-up accelerator.
