Frank Chinn

Appointed to the Board of Directors in 2016, Frank has been a member of Unitus Community Credit Union since 1995. He is the current Board Chair and also serves on the Finance Committee, Governance Committee and chairs both the Executive Committee and Nominating Committee. A lifelong music enthusiast who taught K-12 music to students in Oregon and Washington for 34 years, Frank received his Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from Western Washington University and his Masters of Music Education from Lewis and Clark College.
