Dr. Neil Goldman is Senior Partner of Goldman Consulting & Strategy (GCS, Inc.), an organizational development and marketing research firm founded in 2002, working primarily with credit unions. He also is former president and owner of Member Research, serving credit unions since 1988.

Through foundational models developed in the 25+ years of consulting, coupled with his doctoral work in Organizational Leadership at Pepperdine University, Neil provides tools to assess and develop goal-driven focus and success.
At last count, Neil had worked with hundreds of credit unions in 49 states nationwide.
Whether from focus groups, through facilitating planning meetings, brand work, workshops, training sessions, or custom research development, GCS’s continuing objective is to turn research into results, and information into action by helping leaders make better decisions, and helping individuals and organizations facilitate positive change.
