Crissy has spearheaded countless employee engagement programs during her eight year tenure at South Carolina Federal Credit Union to include an award-winning diversity and inclusion program, career services, and talent mobility.
Crissy is the Diversity Chair of Tri-County Human Resource Management, Vice-Chair of the South Carolina Credit Union League’s diversity committee, and Chair of Trident United Way’s, Financial Community Investment Review Team. She has been quoted in publications pertaining to corporate culture, such as The Federal Credit Union Magazine, Charleston Regional Business Journal and The Post and Courier. Crissy was also a 2010 Charleston Regional Business Journal “Forty Under 40” award recipient.
Crissy’s commitment to her profession is evident in the time and energy she devotes in honing her skills and keeping her knowledge current. Crissy holds a Professional in Human Resources Certification (PHR), a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Management, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Charleston Southern University; Crissy is excited to begin her doctoral studies later this fall.
Crissy is a mom of two, married for 13 years and enjoys reading and traveling in her spare time.
