As a first generation American of parents who immigrated from East Germany, and a purple belt in karate, Christie’s grit, resolve, and loyalty ensure she exceeds expectations of her team, her clients, and her community. She serves as the chairman of the board for Working Men of Christ, a ministry that provides housing and mentoring to individuals coming out of incarceration. She is an active attendee at CUNA HRTD, Bank Directors Conference, the Financial Managers Society Conference, and other leading industry events.

On Sunday evenings, she finds joy in hosting big family meals with rousing ping pong and pool tournaments. She‘s the proud mother of four children, three of whom work at BalancedComp, and a doting grandmother of two little girls.
