Chris Steffes

Chris Steffes has served the banking industry for many years, first as an Engineer with IBM, and most recently as a Project Manager for Flagstar Bank, a Michigan-based community bank with assets of 10 billion, where she played an integral role in product implementations, core conversions, and launching Flagstar’s mobile banking app. Chris attributes her success to understanding the user experience and delivering tailored solutions which positively impact the customer and secure brand loyalty.
