Carol Schillios

Carol Schillios is a maverick change-maker. Her passion for credit unions spans 4 decades as a master trainer and keynote speaker at state, national and international events. She’s a master strategic planning facilitator and trains people to be inspirational leaders. In Africa, Asia and Eastern Europe you’ll find her traveling by donkey, challenging dictators or dodging rebel forces to bring credit union principles to the people. You may remember her as the first Director of the CUNA Foundation and co-founder of the CU Development Education Program. She is the proud recipient of a Herb Wegner Award.
