Prior to her role at the NWCUA, Vigil worked in several roles at Rivermark Community Credit Union where she was active on multiple committees including Community and Governmental Affairs. She also served as a board member for the Young Credit Union Professionals (YCUP) networking group. Vigil graduated from Portland State University in 2013 with a degree in political science, and is a proud Credit Union Development Educator.
