Having worked in marketing within the public, private, and non-profit sectors, Carl has wide-ranging experience working with business and community leaders. Carl believes the credit union industry is primed for an explosion in growth and popularity, and that helping to create a diverse workforce of credit union professionals is the key to that growth. Credit unions are part of the fabric of our communities, and they should reflect the communities they serve. Inclusion is a journey and not merely a destination.
