Bill Parkinson

Before launching CourseMark in 2021, Bill was a registered investment advisor with sixteen years’ experience helping individuals and institutions build and protect wealth. Bill was the Brokerage Managing Director at Capstone Partners, a nationally recognized insurance and investment services firm, where we collaborated with the top practitioners in the country on executive benefit programs for credit unions and other non-profit organizations. Bill’s vision is to bring together genuine, innovative, people-oriented professionals with a shared passion for making the world a better place, one relationship at a time.
Bill grew up in southern California and has fond memories diving for lobster off the coast of Palos Verdes with his father. He currently resides in Celina, Texas with his wife Pam. Together they love to travel, host wine and cheese parties, and spend time with their three children.
