Hawaii State Federal Credit Union is one of Hawaii’s largest credit unions, serving more than 96,000 members. Rosen became President & CEO of Hawaii State FCU in 2012 and has led record growth of the 80-year-old financial institution. ...
Prior to Hawaii State FCU, Rosen served as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Bank of the West in San Francisco. Rosen has served in senior management roles at some of the nation’s largest and most successful financial institutions including Washington Mutual in Seattle, Regions Financial in Birmingham, Fifth Third Bank in Cincinnati and Bank of Hawaii in Honolulu.
Rosen received a Master in Public Policy degree from Harvard University’s Kennedy School and an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
Rosen is married to Maia, a Hawaii native, and has three boys.
Rosen sits on the boards of PSCU (a financial services company), Housing Solutions Inc., Positive Coaching Alliance, AccesSurf Hawaii and the Hawaii Credit Union League.
