A new resource to protect credit unions

Job number one at America’s Credit Unions is relentless advocacy, and a key component of that strategy going forward is elevating our powerful, unified voice through our newly established Legal Advocacy Fund.

We will deploy this new resource in ways that have maximum impact for the credit union movement – an investment in the future of all-encompassing credit union advocacy.

Our board approved $2 million to launch these efforts, geared toward advancing, empowering, and protecting credit unions in the court system. While the fund is new, our efforts in the litigation space are not.
