I’ve discussed the importance of hiring the right people – those with good, eager and healthy attitudes. But once you’ve hired the best, how do you get them to stick around?

Look in the mirror, because the answer is you.

Inc.com describes certain leadership styles that can spur employees to work harder. Some suggestions include taking the high road and staying ethical, maintaining transparency, remembering that success is due to your team and owning any failure as your fault.
