Consumers Credit Union is thrilled to announce the appointment of two new office managers, Rossi Fifelski and Kate Batchelder, who will be leading the Plainfield and Cascade office locations, respectively, in Grand Rapids.
Fifelski brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her new role, starting her banking career as a teller and moving up the ranks to her most recent position as an office manager. There, she excelled at building relationships with both her team and members to help them achieve their personal goals.
“I look forward to meeting our Plainfield members and building meaningful relationships,” said Fifelski. “With my experience in the financial industry and my passion for relationship-building, I am confident in serving our members effectively so they can achieve their financial hopes and dreams.”
Joining Fifelski in Grand Rapids is Kate Batchelder, a 21-year veteran of the financial industry. Batchelder has held roles at all levels over her tenure from teller to relationship manager, including 13 years in management positions, where she oversaw multiple locations simultaneously. She also serves on the City of Grandville Parks and Recreation board as treasurer.
