United Heritage Credit Union (UHCU) is thrilled to announce the successful closing of seven new homes for local families as part of their ongoing partnership with Austin Pets Alive! (APA!). This highlights another achievement in UHCU’s commitment to supporting homeownership in the Austin community.
In partnership with APA!, UHCU will donate $300 to APA! to cover adoption fees for individuals who finance their new homes through the Credit Union. This initiative not only supports aspiring homeowners but also contributes to APA's mission of promoting animal welfare across the Austin community.
"We are thrilled to support both our community members and Austin Pets Alive! through this initiative," said Kevin Farley, Vice President of Experience and Engagement of United Heritage Credit Union. "By helping families achieve their dream of homeownership and assisting pets in finding loving homes, we are reinforcing our commitment to making a positive impact in Austin."
Through the program, families have an opportunity to adopt a wonderful furry friend like Anya (shown below). Beautiful Anya came to APA! from Austin Animal Center. She has been an excellent companion in her foster home and they adore her! Anya is good with other dogs and loves all the people she meets. She loves to go on short walks, water, and cuddling. Anya is well-behaved, nonreactive, crate-trained, and potty-trained.
UHCU remains dedicated to providing exceptional financial services and fostering a thriving community.
