All In Credit Union is thrilled to announce the expansion of its Operations Center in Daleville, AL. The key reason for this expansion is to provide an unparalleled experience for members as it prepares for the Credit Union’s future growth. With 33 successful locations throughout Southeast Alabama, Northwest Florida and Mississippi, All In is looking forward to enhancements this new structure will bring that will provide the infrastructure needed for the Credit Union to further its mission of enriching the lives of its members and the communities it serves.
Bobby Michael, President/CEO of All In Credit Union, stated, “After extensive planning, we are extraordinarily proud to bring this project to life. We look forward to the elevated working environment it will provide for employees as well as the positive impact it will bring to the community with access to financial services provided by All In along with services such as childcare and healthcare offered by vendors who will have space in the building.”
The 138,000 square-foot expansion has been carefully designed to serve the Credit Union’s needs for the next 20 years. The state-of-the-art headquarters will be built in Daleville, Alabama, the Credit Union’s home since 1966.
During the groundbreaking ceremony, Kevin Turley, a member of the Daleville City Council commented, “We are honored to have the third largest credit union in the state remaining and continuing to invest in Daleville. I have seen firsthand how All In Credit Union has given back to the community with grants and involvement in community projects and look forward to watching their continued growth.”
Daleville Mayor Pro Tem, Katheryne Horace, who was one of the first to see the proposed architectural plans commented, “When you came to the Planning Commission we listened in amazement as the CEO of All In, Mr. Bobby Michael, and a representative from Eclipse came to present the plans for the project. I want you to know both the Planning Commission and the City Council approved those plans unanimously but with one question, ‘when do you get started?’ We are all happy about the expansion and we’re pleased that you chose Daleville for this addition because we know you had many other options. We appreciate you and your commitment to our community.”
When completed, the expansive Operations Center expansion will increase the size of the current facility by more than three times the existing footprint and will also house teams who will support the anticipated growth of All In in the coming years.
As Bobby Micheal stated, “Despite the massive size of this building, it will be much more than just a structure that we work in. This building symbolizes what can be accomplished when a company is committed to excellence, sound business principles and serving their local community.”
The modern and inspiring work environment will provide All In employees with the space needed to work and to foster collaboration between team members. The facility will also make it easier to attract future employees in a post-COVID world where working from home is a huge incentive.
One of the most unique features of the structure will be the All In and “Fly Army” logos on the roof communicating to Fort Novosel pilots that their Credit Union supports them. Exterior features will include outdoor parking covered by solar paneled roofing to help support the building’s renewable energy.
All In will work in partnership with Eclipse Brand Builders during the next two years to complete the expansion. The new facilities will provide the space needed for Credit Union employees to work in a central location along with a new branch for convenient member access. The location will also offer walking trails and meeting rooms available for use by the local community.
Employees working to construct the Credit Union’s expansion, along with the 500 employees expected to work at this location after completion, will help the Daleville, Dale County and Wiregrass economy by supporting locally owned businesses, restaurants, and shopping in the surrounding area.
Michael concluded, “Over the last 10 years, our amazing staff has led the way in asset, membership and branch growth. We are extraordinarily proud that, as we construct this building for our long-term success and growth, we are supporting the team that makes all the magic happen while also directly impacting members in a positive way for years to come.”
