In 2022, he was  promoted to Vice President-Risk Management & Chief Compliance Officer. He also serves as  chair of RBFCU’s Compliance and Legal Committee.

Hurtado joined RBFCU’s Consumer Lending Department in 2016. He advanced to management  roles in 2018, and successfully made the transition from management into compliance when he  was promoted to Consumer Lending Compliance Director in 2021. Hurtado later advanced to  Assistant Vice President-Consumer Lending Compliance, and most recently served as AVP Business Compliance.

“In his seven years with RBFCU, Hector has been instrumental in helping to develop our strong  compliance program, and we’re excited for him to lead RBFCU’s efforts on the operations side,”  Senior Vice President-Enterprise Fraud Brian Munsterteiger said.
