Connexus Credit Union proudly announces the appointment of Brian Gourlay as the newest member of its Senior Leadership Team, serving as the Senior Vice President of Credit Risk Management.
With over 25 years of distinguished experience in Collections and Asset Recovery within the financial services sector, Gourlay brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of success to Connexus. Most recently, he served as the Senior Vice President of Consumer Vehicle Lending at Bank of America, where he spent 14 years demonstrating strong business acumen and leadership in operational transformations.
During his tenure at Bank of America, Gourlay oversaw staffing and resources to effectively service and collect on a $34 billion asset portfolio. Additionally, he spearheaded the establishment of a 350-person call center, showcasing his innovative approach to operational management.
