Royal Credit Union (Royal) announces Dionne Yochim’s promotion to Director of Mortgage Operations. In this position, Yochim is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the activities of the Mortgage Processing, Closing, Underwriting and Mortgage Technology departments to support organizational objectives and goals.
Since 2019, Yochim has held the role of Mortgage Operations Manager at Lake Area Mortgage- A Division of Royal Credit Union. Yochim attended Metro State University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
In her new position, Yochim continues to play a crucial role in the core implementation team for a new loan origination system within the Mortgage department at Royal. Yochim looks forward to leading the Mortgage Operations team in reorganizing department workflow through the new loan origination system to improve Royal’s ability to provide excellent Member and team member experiences. Yochim also plans to continue being a mentor to team members looking for future leadership opportunities.
