3131 Media Solutions announces the hiring of Lacey Weaver as their new Director of Brand Strategy, adding depth to a progressive team that has seen exponential growth this past year. Weaver, a powerhouse in the marketing and creative space, brings nearly twenty years of experience working in corporate communications and senior marketing roles.
Through award-winning initiatives, Weaver has built a solid reputation within the financial industry. Prior to joining 3131 Media, she served as Senior Vice President for the state trade association for Louisiana credit unions. There, she elevated the organization’s overall value proposition while overseeing marketing, communication, engagement, professional development, and advocacy. She successfully took the lead organizing their annual multi-day convention, catapulting the event’s reputation nationally over the years. In addition, Weaver has worked alongside high-level lobbyists as well as state and federal legislators to amplify awareness and effectively communicate positions on public policy.
In this new role with 3131 Media, Weaver will drive the client’s creative and digital strategy, capitalize on public relation opportunities, and help successfully execute event management. With a thought provoking approach, she’ll help 3131 Media clients establish a robust communication plan that targets a variety of external and internal audiences, including customers, employees, stakeholders, media, regulatory bodies, and the overall general public.

Weaver holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Holy Cross and a Masters Degree from Tulane University. A recipient of multiple national awards, she earned her Credit Union Marketing Executive Designation and has represented the industry on an international platform.
