“Serving the Hispanic Market” recorded webinar reminder

The National Credit Union Administration is hosting a webinar on Oct. 19 featuring a recorded panel session from the 2021 DEI Summit, “Serving the Hispanic Market.” Online registration for the webinar is now open. The webinar is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m. Eastern and run approximately 60 minutes.

The historic growth of the Hispanic community in the U.S. requires innovative products, services, and marketing to meet their needs and values. Natasha Hewlett, NCUA’s Credit Union Diversity Program Manager, will provide a brief overview of the Credit Union Diversity Self-Assessment and introduce the pre-recorded panel session “Serving the Hispanic Market.” This panel discussion took place during the NCUA’s 2021 DEI Summit and features moderator Victor Corro, CEO, Coopera Consulting; Rene Vargas Martinez, director, Puerto Rico Network, Inclusiv; and Pablo DeFilippi, SVP membership development and networking engagement, Inclusiv.

The webinar will be close-captioned, and there is no charge to participate. Participants can log in and view the event on their computers or mobile devices using the registration link. They should allow pop-ups from this website.

Participants can submit questions during the presentation or in advance by emailing WebinarQuestions@ncua.gov. The email’s subject line should read, “Serving the Hispanic Market.” Please email technical questions about accessing the webinar to either uccwebinar@ncua.gov or uccsupport@ncua.gov.
