SWBC is pleased to announce that it has recently expanded its Asset Recovery integration partnerships to include Location Services.
“SWBC’s Asset Recovery integration with Location Services brings the strength of an additional nationwide partnership, allowing SWBC to further expand its asset recovery services and program strategy. This integration provides our clients with a strategic avenue for repossession, skip tracing, and remarketing services. We are thrilled to partner with Location Services not only for the value they bring to the marketplace, but also for the expanded choices we can now offer to our clients in the asset recovery space,” said Wanita Kaupert, SVP of Product Management for SWBC’s Financial Institution Group.
SWBC’s Asset Recovery application allows clients to create a repossession, skip, and/or remarketing assignment through SWBC’s AP Portal, which then routes the request to the integrated partnership. Upon assignment, clients are then able to view the progress of the assignment, upload documents, update account notes, view status changes, and track the vehicle as it flows through the process of being assigned for repossession, secured by a repossession vendor, transported to and sold at auction. Financial institutions may now access these services offered by Location Services through SWBC’s single-access point in AP Portal.
“We are pleased to partner with a company that shares our commitment of providing exceptional service to their clients. Our integration into SWBC’s AP Portal allows lenders easy access to our state-of-the-art license plate recognition technology and collateral recovery solutions,” said Michele Connell, VP of Client Relations for Location Services, LLC.
