BrightStar Credit Union announced plans to partner with DEI Inc. to build a new 70,316 Sq. Ft. Main Office in Cooper City, FL and a 4,386 Sq. Ft. Branch in Lauderhill, FL. With unique designs, both communities are excited to welcome BrightStar to their area.
After an extensive land search, the Cooper City Main Office allows BrightStar to stay close to their Broward County members while providing their staff with a world-class work area. The first corporate headquarters in Cooper City, this location combines all functions and staff into one building. This facility will offer amenities such as a training room, staff engagement/break areas, a workout area and related locker room, cafeteria and outdoor seating that can be used for breaks or events. The extensive windows allow a wonderful level of natural light – providing everyone access to the sun somewhere within their day. It is a youthful and energetic design that provides amenities to support a modern office lifestyle.
According to DEI’s Interior Designer Jared Powell, “We are looking to create a visual experience that promotes the brand and a high level of design.”
The Lauderhill branch will have a unique Caribbean look based on the city of Lauderhill’s design guidelines. In a high-trafficked area, this brightly colored building will be located not far from the original headquarters.
“We’re excited to expand into Cooper City and Lauderhill with two new state-of-the-art facilities designed by some of the country’s top designers in our field,” said Michael Tomko, President and CEO of BrightStar Credit Union. “DEI brings years of design experience and vision that will help us create high-tech workspaces that spark innovation, collaboration and joy for our employees, members and visitors.”
